Kent Barnes

Kent Barnes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kent began their career in 2008 at Discover Financial Services, where they worked as a Collections 30 Day representative until 2010. From 2010 to 2017, Kent worked at C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc. as a Training Supervisor. In 2012, they briefly joined Select Portfolio Servicing as part of their Loan Services team. Kent then transitioned to Lexington Law Firm in 2017, where they held the position of Team Lead until 2020. Following that, they joined Basic Research as a Quality Assurance Specialist until 2022. Kent's most recent role is with Extra Space Storage as a Team Lead in Customer Service.
