Rashede P.

Rashede P. has a strong background in operations and management. They started their career at Jamba Juice in 2004, where they worked as a District Manager for seven years. In 2011, they transitioned to Public Storage, where they served as a District Manager for two years. In 2013, Rashede joined Cambridge Junior College as the Director of Business. In the same year, they also founded their own consulting company, Peoples Consulting Group, where they provided strategic business consultation services to small and mid-sized firms. Rashede then joined Extra Space Storage in 2014 and took on several roles including District Manager, Senior District Manager, Division Vice President of Operations, and their current position as the Senior Vice President of Operations - West.

Rashede P. received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Davis in 2003. In 2008, Rashede completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
