Scott Hansen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several positions and companies. Scott began their career at Ultimate Electronics, where they worked as a Commission Salesperson, Assistant Manager, and eventually became the General Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for sales, budgets, staff management, and training.

Scott then joined Best Buy, where they held various roles. As a Sales Manager, they oversaw sales activities, hired staff, and established strategies for expanding the customer base. Scott later became a Business Manager, accountable for business segment performance and store performance, and worked with local businesses and the Chamber of Commerce. Scott also served as a Territory Manager, responsible for marketing analysis, competitive intelligence, and pricing strategies.

In 2013, Scott started their own business, Customer Choice Insights, where they worked as an Owner and Consultant. Scott provided detailed analysis of the competitive landscape to help businesses differentiate themselves and achieve better financial results. Later that year, they joined Extra Space Storage as the Director of Pricing, where they managed all aspects of strategic and tactical pricing.

In their most recent roles at Extra Space Storage, Scott held positions as the Sr. Director of Revenue Management and the Sr. Director of the National Solutions Center. In these roles, they were responsible for operations, budgeting, performance management, and setting company policy and procedures.

Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a focus on customer experience and revenue optimization.

Scott Hansen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Stevens Henager College from 2007 to 2010. Scott then pursued a Masters of Management degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2013.
