Andy H.

Andy H. is a strategic leader with extensive experience in operational scaling and international policy. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at ExTrac, Andy previously held various roles in the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, including Deputy Head of the Iraq Team and Deputy Ambassador to Yemen. Andy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Philosophy from the University of York and a Master of Science in International Relations from the London School of Economics, both with exemplary achievements. Additionally, Andy obtained a Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
