Steven Barrett

Steven Barrett has worked in the finance industry since 1996. Steven began their career at Nomura International plc as a Proprietary Trader in the Asset Investment Group and Business Analyst. In 2006, they moved to Polygon Investment Partners where they were an Event-Driven Trader, responsible for executing trades, building relationships with brokers and service providers, and constructing market models. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Black's Link Capital as a Trader. Steven then moved to Myriad Asset Management where they were a Senior Trader. In 2018, they began working at Clarity Partners Ltd as a Director and at ExtractAlpha as the Head of Sales, EMEA.

Steven Barrett obtained a BA (Honours) in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University between 1987 and 1991. Steven then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration - MBA from HKUST Business School in 2006. Additionally, they hold a Prince2 Practitioner certification.
