Lori Verta is a fitness and wellness professional with extensive experience in coaching and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Lead Coach at Rowhouse West Frisco since November 2020, Lori also owns Lori Verta Fitness & Lifestyle, a venture established in August 2019. Prior roles include coaching at Studio E / Ascend Training from November 2011 to August 2019, and a combined position as EFTI Area Coordinator and Coach at Equinox Fitness Clubs from January 2009 to November 2011. As Co-Owner of Green Gourmet Chicago from February 2015 to August 2019, Lori contributed to the development of a meal delivery service focused on the 40/30/30 nutrition program. Recently, Lori has taken on the role of Content Creator at Extraordinary Brands since July 2025. Lori Verta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northwestern University.
