Extraordinary Journeys is a bespoke luxury travel company founded by mother-daughter duo Marcia and Elizabeth Gordon—two pioneers in the world of safari and experiential travel. With decades of firsthand knowledge and deep industry roots, they’ve built a company known for intentional design, honest expertise, and a belief in travel as a force for good.

From the wilds of Africa to the rainforests of South America and beyond, we create highly personalized journeys that reflect who you are and how you want to experience the world. No templates. No copy-paste itineraries. Just thoughtful, meaningful travel designed with care.

Our team—made up of (mostly) women who live and breathe travel—brings warmth, wisdom, and real insight to every trip. We listen closely, ask the right questions, and use our insider access and on-the-ground relationships to unlock experiences most travelers never knew were possible.

Because while we love a beautiful stay, it’s what happens beyond the room that really matters. Conversations with locals, tracking wildlife with conservationists, and moments of presence in places that are wild and full of soul.
