Of course we do talk about project management tools however we take a practical and pragmatic look at how we apply those tools to our projects and the business environment that find ourselves in…..it is never quite like the technical training tells us it will be.

We often use the metaphor that you can train a mechanic in the inner workings of the latest hybrid car, however this doesn’t mean that the mechanic will be able to run a garage, and deal with customers, and haggle with suppliers, and manage their stakeholders.
