XTRM Group - Event & Communication 

XTRM Group was born out of the merger of the two agencies: Extreme Events and Traffic BTL Communication Agency. Since the collaboration of the event and communication professionals, the Group follows the strategy of experiential marketing: meaning the pursuit of involving clients and their consumers in the activities, events and promotions carried out by the Group’s employees. This creates a strong relationship between the client and the consumer.
Our mission is to involve our clients through the work of our campaigns and provide a real experience for the end consumer, to pass on the main message and most importantly strengthen the image of our clients.

Extreme Events

Extreme Events was founded in 1995. In the beginning, our activities consisted mainly of the organisation of musical events. After a short time, in response to the clients’ needs, the activities expanded to include comprehensive organisation of corporate, team-building and other events. Our agency deals with the organisation and implementation of events on a regional level that, while strictly observing rules of formality, provides a good atmosphere, encourages participation, and represents a truly memorable event for the participants. 

Traffic BTL Communication Agency 

The agency plans and carries out Integrated Communication BTL campaigns since Spring of 2003. We do brain-storming activities, create strategies, and develop complex communication plans, all this in addition to deliver our clients’ message in the most effective way to the target group. The BTL’s unlimited toolkit, which only our ideas set limit to, allows to attain our communication campaigns regarding the needs of the target group, the market situation and most importantly our clients.
