Jared S. began their professional career in 1993 working as a MILB for the Chicago Cubs. In 1997, they joined Valencia High School as a Teacher and Head Baseball Coach. During their 17 year tenure at Valencia High School, they developed 5 Major Leaguers, 12 MLB Draft Picks and sent over 150 student athletes onto college. Jared was also the History Department Chair, running the entire department, organizing curriculum for every discipline and organizing the calendar for each teacher. In 2015, Jared S. joined Extreme Impact, Inc. as a Sales/Support Specialist for Master Repair, overseeing day-to-day business operations and providing leadership at all levels of the organization. Jared then moved on to become the Support Manager for Master Repair, acting as a point of contact for clients to help direct them with development, business practices within the software, and daily solutions to possible slow downs that can effect profitability. Finally, they assumed the role of Enterprise Account Manager/Territory Sales Manager, leading software management of large Enterprise Clients. In 2018, Jared S. joined I-5 Softball as the Softball Organizational Head, running a nationally recognized softball program in Southern California with the emphasis on development of the athlete in preparation for college athletics.
Jared S. began their education journey in 1988 when they attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, studying History. Jared then transferred to Nicholls State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 1994. Following this, they attended National University and obtained a Masters of Science in Instructional Leadership and Curriculum Design in 1999, focusing on Educational Leadership and Administration, General.
