Don Chen is a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years of experience in cloud services and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Principal Engineer of CloudOps at Extreme Networks since February 2023, Don previously led API DevOps initiatives at Cisco from August 2012 to October 2023. At Cisco WebEx, from October 2006 to July 2012, Don managed a high-availability team that achieved 99.99% uptime for the Webex cloud service.
