Prior experience includes roles at Enterasys Networks, where Mark managed North American Professional Services, focusing on team leadership, revenue growth, and project management. Mark's career began at Cabletron Systems, where skills in AutoCAD and network design were developed. Mark holds an associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of New Hampshire.
