Amber Nuttall

Amber supports and advises NGOs, governments and corporate organisations on their environmental goals and strategies.

As a dedicated environmentalist and adventurer from a young age, she is a proud board member of the Bahamas Reef Environment Educational Foundation (BREEF) which was founded in 1993 by her pioneering father, Sir Nicholas Nuttall Bt.

Amber is an advisor, fundraiser and ambassador to the Blue Marine Foundation. Having paddle boarded the 236 miles of the River Thames in 2016, Amber became the first woman to cross the English Channel on a paddle board to raise awareness and funds for the Foundation. In 2018 Amber became the first person to paddle round New Providence in celebration of the 25th anniversary of BREEF.

Amber invests in businesses which at their core are working to improve the health of our environment and human health including Tincture (entirely natural and effective cleaning products), companies involved in seaweed farming and Planetari (who create and publish environmental education materials for children).

Initially trained as a chef with Michel Bourdin and Marco Pierre White, Amber is also experienced in major events management having spent time with Dora Loewenstein Associates and Mark Birley's nightclub, Annabel's. Amber has advised both start-ups and established brands on strategy and business development, including Astley Clarke, Faberge, Krug, Moncrief, Ralph Lauren, Jaguar, Vistajet.

Amber has a attained her CISI Certificate in Corporate Finance and is working on “Saving Planet Ocean” a marine conservation certificate with the Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education (ICE).
