Christopher Chamberland

Christopher Chamberland is a Principal Architect at Extropic, specializing in AI physics-based hardware. Prior to their current role, Christopher worked as a Research Scientist at Amazon Web Services focusing on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing. Christopher also has experience as a Visiting Researcher at Caltech and QuTech, and as a Research Staff Member at IBM's T. J. Watson Research Center. Christopher's educational background includes a PhD in Quantum Computing from the University of Waterloo, a Master's in Physics from McGill University, and a Bachelor's in Physics-Mathematics from the University of Ottawa.
