David Ramsay

David Ramsay is an experienced finance executive and board member with a robust background in corporate leadership. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Savara Inc. and EXUMA Biotech, David has previously held similar roles at La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company. David's executive experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Bonti, Inc., and Halozyme, Inc., along with a tenure in corporate development. David holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School and earned a degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
