Chris Meyer currently serves as LNG Trading Manager and Lead LNG Derivatives Trader at ExxonMobil since February 2022. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Principal Maritime Commercial (LNG/LPG/Petroleum) at BHP from November 2019 to February 2022. Chris's experience includes serving as an LNG Freight Trader and Lead Analyst for Fundamental Analytics at Gazprom Marketing & Trading from May 2015 to November 2019. Chris has also worked as an LNG Consultant for Poten & Partners from January 2010 to May 2015, focusing on both Asia and European markets. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Middle East Politics (with Arabic) with Distinction from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Politics with Economics (1st Class with Hons) from the University of Bath.
