Christopher Cha is an integration manager at bpx energy, leveraging over 17 years of experience in energy operations and engineering. They previously served as the Head of Drilling Engineering at ExxonMobil, where they led digital innovation efforts during the merger with Pioneer Natural Resources and oversaw cybersecurity responses within the Wells organization. Christopher earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
