Ivan Morales has extensive experience in materials engineering and management, having held various roles at ExxonMobil since January 2012, including Civil and Integrity Lead for LNGP, Senior Materials Engineer, and Materials Engineering Supervisor. Morales also worked at Sandvik Materials Technology from July 2006 to March 2008 as a Product Manager and Applications Engineer. Proficient in supporting materials and corrosion activities, responsibilities included developing equipment strategies and risk-based inspection studies at the Baytown Refinery. Morales holds a degree in Materials Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, completed in 2003.
