Jeff Farish

Jeff Farish, CPA, is a Senior Subject Matter Expert at ExxonMobil, where they currently serve as the Western Region Property Tax Manager. They previously held roles in the Indirect Tax area, including Indirect Tax Audit/Advisory Manager, and have contributed to the design and development of two major indirect tax reporting systems for ExxonMobil. Jeff brings extensive experience in indirect tax reporting and analysis from their time at both ExxonMobil and Ernst & Young LLP National Tax Practice. They also chair the Texas Oil & Gas Ad Valorem Downstream Tax Committee as of 2025. Jeff earned a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University and graduated from Lancaster High School in 1987.
