Lin Wang

Lin Wang is a Technology Solutions Principal specializing in industrial lubricants at ExxonMobil since May 2018, where responsibilities include leading new product development and deployment, notably the next generation of Mobil DTE products. Previously, Lin served as an Associate Research Scientist at Dow, contributing to the development of a biodegradable dispersant for dishwasher tablets. Lin's experience also includes seven years at The Dow Chemical Company, focusing on new product and technology development in formulation science, as well as hands-on laboratory work with lithium-ion batteries. A research assistant at Northwestern University from 2006 to 2010, Lin conducted studies on living radical copolymerization and complex kinetic modeling. Additionally, Lin worked as a Senior Technical Service Engineer at 3M, providing technical support for optical film products. Lin Wang earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University.
