Mitchell Gentry

Mitchell Gentry has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Innovation Co-Lead and Optimization Coordinator at Pioneer Natural Resources Company since May 2020. Previously, Mitchell held the position of Innovation Project Supervisor during a brief tenure in early 2019 and spent over seven years at Pioneer in various roles, including Compliance Manager, Engineering Supervisor, and Staff Engineer. Prior to joining Pioneer, Mitchell worked as a District Engineer at Schlumberger from 2007 to 2010. Educationally, Mitchell holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Pomona College, achieved between 1993 and 1997.
