Patrick Denton

Patrick Denton has extensive experience in the energy sector, beginning with a position as Vice President of Sales Marketing at Tubular Inspection Products from November 2016 to June 2018, followed by roles as an Inside and Outside Sales representative. Between July 2018 and March 2019, Patrick worked as a Contract Lease Operator at W&W Energy Services, Inc. and then served as a Lease Operator at Concho from March 2019 to July 2022. Patrick transitioned to Pioneer Natural Resources Company in July 2022, advancing through positions to become Production Operator II and later Production Lead. Following a similar role as Lease Operator at ConocoPhillips from February 2021 to July 2022, Patrick is currently a Production Lead at ExxonMobil since January 2025. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Finance from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, earned from 2009 to 2014, and has foundational education in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University, attended from 2006 to 2007.
