Ron Walker

Ron Walker, PhD, is a Second Line Supervisor at ExxonMobil, where they oversee polymer and quality sections supporting polypropylene, butyl rubber, and advanced recycling. Previously, Ron served as a Senior Scientist at Procter & Gamble from 2008 to 2016, focusing on upstream technology in hair styling and polymer science. They earned a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the California Institute of Technology, where they conducted research under Nobel Laureate Robert H. Grubbs. Ron's academic background also includes a BS in Chemistry from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
