Ryan Babaz, CSP, is an experienced safety and environmental professional currently serving as a Safety Security Health & Environmental (SSHE) Advisor for ExxonMobil’s E&PS Major Projects in the Americas since June 2019. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Noble Drilling from December 2014 to June 2019 as a Safety & Training Supervisor, where responsibilities included improving safety culture on ultra-deepwater drill ships and supervising HSE training for over 200 personnel. During this time, Ryan also held the position of Environmental Compliance Coordinator, monitoring rig operations for HSE adherence and managing government audits. Earlier experience includes a stint as an Environmental Technical Writer at Forefront Emergency Management, where site inspections and the development of environmental compliance plans were key duties. Ryan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Bioenvironmental Sciences from Texas A&M University in 2014.
