Prior to this role, Ryan Jicha spent over eight years at Pioneer Natural Resources Company in various positions, including Senior Reservoir Engineer - Development Integration Lead and Development Reservoir Engineer - Area Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed leading reservoir engineering projects and asset teams across several counties in the Midland Basin. Additional experience includes roles as Operations Geologist, Production Operations Engineer, and Pumping Services Engineer at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, as well as internships at Denbury Resources Inc. and Energy XXI. Ryan Jicha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, obtained in 2016.
