Steven Small

Steven Small has extensive experience in various roles within the energy and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as the Upstream BCoE Supervisor and SAP FI Product Owner at ExxonMobil since December 2020, Steven has also held positions as Controllers & HR Applications Supervisor. Previously, Steven worked at XTO Energy from July 2012 to December 2020 as a Business Analyst, System Administrator, and Inventory Accountant. Earlier roles include Inventory Control Analyst at Williamson Dickies and Supply Chain Planner at Essilor of America. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Texas.
