Tim Skrien

Tim Skrien is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Integrated Talent Insights Manager at ExxonMobil since October 2025, Tim previously held significant roles including Director of Employee Relations and Labor Relations at Buckeye Partners and multiple HR managerial positions at ExxonMobil, where responsibilities included global HR management, strategic workforce initiatives, and executive staffing development. Tim's early career included a human resources internship at IBM. Tim holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
