Toby Hamblin

Toby Hamblin is an experienced professional with a solid background in the oil and gas industry. Over a twelve-year tenure at ExxonMobil, Toby served in multiple roles, including Plant Manager for the Fife Ethylene Plant and Beaumont Expansion Integration Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the integration of the Beaumont Light Atmospheric Distillation Expansion into the Beaumont Complex. Prior to this, Toby worked at Imperial Oil as Supply and Technical Services Manager and held various positions such as Process Manager and Coordination and Product Quality Department Head. Toby's academic foundation comes from Mississippi State University.
