Tom Morris is a Design Systems Group Lead at ExxonMobil, a position held since 2024. Previously, Tom worked as an Engineering Director for U.S. Heavy Industrial at PCL Construction from 2015 to 2017 and co-founded HexBolt LLC from 2017 to 2018.
