Wayne Lee

Wayne Lee is an Engineering Supervisor at ExxonMobil, where they lead a team of 22 engineers in optimizing production planning models across global refineries. With a solid background in chemical engineering, Wayne holds a Master's Degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Engineering from UCL, both with notable academic achievements. Previously, Wayne gained diverse experience in various roles, including internships in manufacturing, retailing, and upstream project development, as well as roles in process monitoring and business planning within ExxonMobil’s petrochemical sector. In addition, they have contributed to research in nanomaterials and have been involved in technical consulting for the Malaysian Airlines.
