Eric Lam is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the health sector and digital innovation. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Exygy, a digital innovation studio, Eric focuses on developing industry insights and managing client accounts in health. Previous roles include product management with global organizations and managerial positions at Accenture, where Eric specialized in agile delivery transformations and user experience-driven software implementation. Eric founded the Global Sustainability Project, a nonprofit aimed at aiding underprivileged communities, and has an early background in engineering through an internship at M-E Engineers, Inc. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA and has academic experience from the University of Sussex.
