Hernan Bassi

Hernan Bassi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Hernan currently serves as the Managing Director & SVP of Finance at Exyte, where they oversee operational coverage, commercial project management, procurement, and Lean leadership. Prior to this, they worked as the Global CFO at Baker Hughes, leading the Inspection Technologies division and the GE Oil & Gas Gas Processing product line. Hernan also served as the Global Finance Director at GE Oil & Gas, specializing in the Subsea Equipment product line. Before joining these companies, Hernan worked as the Managing Director & Equity Founder at a Private Owned Advisory Company and as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services. Hernan began their career at GE as a Corporate Audit Manager and later became a Senior Business Analyst. Hernan also worked as a Business Analyst at Ernst & Young.

Hernan Bassi obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi from 1994 to 1999. Hernan also completed a Manager Development Course (MDC) - Executive Education at Crotonville Alumni in 2018. From 2002 to 2005, Hernan Bassi participated in the Corporate Audit Staff Leadership Program in Corporate Finance at Crotonville Alumni. Additionally, from 2000 to 2002, they completed the Financial Management Program and the Six Sigma - Black Belt program, both in the field of leadership program corporate finance, also at Crotonville Alumni. In 1998 and 1999, Hernan Bassi pursued an Undergraduate Audit program at Ernst & Young. Lastly, they have been engaged in studying Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Crotonville Alumni since 2000 until the present year, 2019.
