Matthias Dosdal

Matthias Dosdal is a seasoned HR executive currently serving as Vice President HR IT, Analytics, Projects, Processes, CBM and Operations at Exyte since April 2023. With extensive experience, Matthias previously held the role of Global Head of HR Projects, HR Analytics & Organisational Development at Essity, where responsibilities included developing HR services, leading global teams in HR Analytics, and managing significant HRIS implementations. Prior roles at Essity and SCA involved process leadership and organizational management, including the establishment of global HR reporting structures and analytics initiatives. Matthias holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Human Resource Management and Organization from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society.
