Previously, Kincaid held roles such as Construction Manager at Jacobs and various leadership positions at Evan's Metal Fab and SSOE Group, where responsibilities included overseeing teams, developing operational processes, and managing project coordination for high-profile semiconductor and solar facility projects. Kincaid began the professional journey as a Senior Designer and eventually owned Kincaid Home Design, demonstrating a versatile background in design and management. Educational credentials include an Associate of Arts in Architectural Studies from Portland Community College.
