Olga Hefner

Olga Hefner is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global reporting and analytics. Currently serving as an HR Specialist at Exyte since October 2017, Olga develops and tracks global HR KPIs, communicates metrics to the executive board, and manages reporting design in SAP SuccessFactors. Previous roles include HR Coordinator at Exyte, where Olga focused on HR reporting and project management, and a Working Student in Corporate Human Resources at M+W Group, supporting the implementation of a Talent Management system.
