Sean McDaid is currently a BIM Lead at Exyte Northern Europe, where they oversee BIM processes for multiple Data Centre projects. Prior to this, they served as a BIM Lead at E&I Engineering from 2013 to 2022, focusing on 3D modeling and BIM delivery for various projects. Sean began their career as a Building Services Design Technician at Gillespie & Cummings Consulting Engineers from 2007 to 2013, gaining foundational experience in electrical services modeling and project coordination. They are currently pursuing an HND in Building Services at Belfast Metropolitan College.
