Torsten Floemer

Torsten Floemer has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Torsten currently works at Exyte as the Manager of the Concept Development Team for Battery / Mechanical Design, where they lead coordination efforts. Before joining Exyte, Torsten worked at Covestro as a Lead Engineer and Project Manager from 2018 to 2022. At ENGIE Deutschland, they served as the Head of the Engineering Department from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Torsten gained experience at Bilfinger Wolfferts Haus- und Wärmetechnik GmbH as the Unit Manager HVAC and at Schirm Wärmetechnik GmbH as a Project Manager. Torsten also held roles at DTEC Consulting & Engineering GmbH as the Department Manager Process, UHDE GmbH as a Lead Engineer HVAC, LTK GmbH as a Project Manager and assistant of the board, Sauter as a Design and Sales Engineer, and Berliner Luft Klimatechnik as a Sales Engineer. Torsten's work experience spans across managing engineering projects, leading teams, coordinating designs, conducting surveys, and producing energy strategies and audits.

Torsten Floemer attended FH Münster from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Dipl.Ing degree in Versorgungstechnik (Building Services). During 1999-2000, they also studied at the Chamber of Trades Münster, obtaining a certification as a technical business management economist.
