Vikram Shah

Vikram Shah is a seasoned professional in project controls management with extensive experience across various industries, including oil and gas, semiconductors, and biotechnology. Currently serving as Senior Project Control Manager at Exyte since October 2022, Vikram leads the Project Controls Department in Southeast Asia, driving productivity and performance improvements. Prior roles include Project Controls Manager at MODEC, Inc., where leadership of multi-functional teams facilitated the successful delivery of projects exceeding USD 3B, and significant roles at Exyte, EMAS GROUP, and Global Process Systems, focusing on cost control, planning, and risk management. Vikram holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
