Aadila Rahim CA

Aadila Rahim CA(SA) is a Senior Manager in CFO Consulting at EY and serves as the DE&I lead. With a solid background in auditing and accounting, Aadila began their career as an Audit Specialist at Deloitte Johannesburg and advanced through various roles in the Financial Services sector, including significant contributions to Barclays and Deloitte USA. Since joining EY in January 2016, Aadila has played a critical role in large-scale accounting and regulatory transformation projects for prominent multinational firms. Recognised as one of the Top 50 Influential Muslims in Europe, Aadila is also an EY International Women's Day Equity Champion and UKFS Highly Commended Inclusion Champion in EY EMEIA FSO. Currently, Aadila is pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting at the University of the Witwatersrand.
