Aaron Neil

Aaron Neil is a Senior Consultant at EY, where they manage organizational change programs for various clients. They previously served as a Strategic Change Analyst at Shared Services Canada, where they designed an employee engagement survey and provided analytical reports. From 2018 to 2020, Aaron worked as a Researcher at Cardus, co-publishing a research paper on human dignity and organizing networking events across Canada. Additionally, they acted as Board Treasurer for St. Timothy's Classical Academy during the early stages of the Covid-19 crisis, successfully guiding the school through a transition to an online learning model. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Economics from Carleton University.
