Abbie Steele

Abbie Steele is currently the Director of Forensics and Financial Crime in Investigations and Compliance, leveraging extensive experience in the field. Previously, they served as a Lead Associate at the Financial Conduct Authority from 2023 to 2025 and held roles at EY as Assistant Director and Manager in Financial Services Forensic Integrity Services between 2019 and 2023. From 2014 to 2018, Abbie worked as an Investigations Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland and began their forensic career as a Supervisor at Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP from 2011 to 2014. Abbie also gained early experience as an Accounts Assistant and Trainee Accountant at HM Revenue & Customs and as a Collections Agent at HSBC.
