Abeera Ali is a Chartered Member of CIPD currently serving as the Assistant Director of HR at EY. With a strong focus on addressing business challenges through effective people and capabilities solutions, Abeera has extensive experience in HR policies, business transformation, and employee engagement. Abeera has previously held leadership roles in various organizations, including HR Manager at Nextbridge Ltd. and Regional Manager for HR Digital Transformation at HRSG, where they drove significant improvements in HR processes. Additionally, Abeera teaches strategic human resource management as a visiting faculty member at the University of the Punjab. Currently, they are pursuing a double degree in Mathematics & Statistics and a Master's in Business & Information Technology.
