Abel Mondragon

Abel Mondragon has extensive experience in various customer-centric roles, beginning as a Wedding Boutique Specialist at J.Crew from October 2011 to June 2014, where responsibilities included managing bridal party accounts. Abel served as a Bank Teller at AFFCU from July 2014 to February 2015, handling financial transactions and assisting clients. From May 2015 to February 2016, Abel worked as a Retail Sales Representative at Sprint, focusing on sales of cellular devices and troubleshooting. Following this, a position as a Commercial Insurance Agent at Nationwide lasted from May 2016 to October 2021, managing insurance needs for business owners. Abel then transitioned to USAA as a Commercial Specialist from October 2021 to April 2022, excelling in problem resolution. Subsequently, at EY, first as an Audit Assistant from April 2022 to January 2023 and currently as a Senior Analyst - Commercial Assurance, Abel leads teams in ensuring accurate deliverables and coaching team members.
