Adam Power, CPA, CA, is a seasoned professional in transaction tax, currently serving as a Partner at EY. They have extensive experience in the field, having previously held significant roles at SeaFort Capital Inc., Baker Tilly Canada, and KPMG. Adam's background includes serving as an Associate Partner and holding managerial positions at EY, where they have focused on transaction tax since 2021. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce Honours from Memorial University of Newfoundland and completed a Chartered Accountant designation at the Atlantic School of Chartered Accountancy.
