Adria Moral is a CTA qualified tax Senior Manager in EY's M&A tax team, currently leveraging extensive experience to provide strategic tax advice within the firm. Previously, Adria worked as a Tax Consultant at Deloitte UK, specializing in M&A transactions and collaborating with global teams to deliver effective solutions. Prior to that, Adria served as an Associate at Scornik Gerstein LLP, advising clients on corporate structures and tax implications, especially in the construction and energy sectors. Adria began their career in the legal field with a practicum at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, following a degree in Law from the Universitat de Girona.
