Aj Seeto

Aj Seeto is a pragmatic HR leader and executive coach currently at EY, with expertise in employee relations, HR shared services, recruitment, and HR business partnering. With a strategic mindset, Aj has led large teams of over 40 HR professionals across Australia and New Zealand. Their previous roles include recruitment manager at Alexander Grey and HR generalist at Allianz Australia Limited, among others. Aj holds a degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Political Science from The Australian National University, where they are presently continuing their studies.
