Ajay Anand is the Global Vice Chair of Ernst & Young's Global Delivery Services, leveraging over 25 years of experience at EY to lead the transformation of its global delivery model. Since joining EY in 2003, they have developed extensive expertise across various service lines and regions, focusing on revenue growth strategies and innovation for notable technology clients. Prior to EY, Ajay served as an entrepreneur in Silicon Valley and held leadership roles at AT&T and BellSouth. Ajay is also dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion, actively participating in EY’s Global Diversity and Inclusiveness Steering Committee. In addition to their professional achievements, Ajay enjoys spending time with their three children and playing golf and racquetball.
