Alan Tabak

Alan Tabak is the Assistant General Counsel at EY, where they focus on U.S. litigation and regulatory matters. Previously, they served as a litigation senior associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2010 to 2018, specializing in complex commercial litigations, international commercial arbitration, and investigations. During their time there, Alan represented various clients, including financial institutions and federal agencies, while also successfully arguing appeals and participating in settlement negotiations. Alan earned a JD from Harvard Law School in 2010 and a BA in Government from Harvard University in 2007.
