Alexandra Ivanova

Alexandra Ivanova, MPA, is a strategic HR Analytics and Workforce Planning professional with over a decade of experience. They began their career as an intern at the New York City Council, where they liaised with various government agencies and supported community projects. Following this, they served as an HR Manager at Morgan Stanley and later as an HR Project Manager at EY. Currently, Alexandra holds the position of Assistant Director for Strategic Workforce Planning at EY, utilizing their expertise in HR analytics. Alexandra earned a Master’s in Public Administration from the City University of New York-Baruch College and a Bachelor’s degree in English, French, and Foreign Literature from Karaganda State University.
