Alexei Ratchkov is a U.S. Tax Partner at EY, having progressed through various roles within the firm since 2017. Prior to this, Alexei served as a U.S. Tax Manager at Deloitte and held several positions in tax consulting and management across other reputable organizations, including PwC and Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc. Alexei earned a Master’s degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from California State University-Hayward, further complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Interpretation/Translation from Moscow State Linguistic University.
